Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply.
If your product has been unfulfilled for more than 30 days you are entitled to refund for the price you paid. A Refund Request will be made and once the customer provides proof of purchase, the refund will be approved and processed within 24 hours. The above clause no longer applies to the following situations: wrong/incomplete address entered by the customer; device failure due to charging with USB charger that is not a product of Kingston Shaver Inc.; or the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as an epidemic, pandemic, strike, riots, war, earthquake, floods, storms, heavy snow, etc. Kingston Shaver Inc. will not be liable for the delayed shipment of the orders.
Customers are eligible for a full refund via cancellation if they write in to email@example.com within 24 hours of their order. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we cannot guarantee a full refund as the package might not recalled back for restocking. We will instead offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
Our policy lasts 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
If you received a defective product, contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a product replacement. Please provide a picture or video as evidence. Our right of return is 14 working days from the receipt of goods. If 14 working days have past since you received your goods, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to one of our customer service agents at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Instead, kindly write in to email@example.com before returning it to us. A return address will be provided based on your request and location.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please check with our customer service agents.
Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. However, rest assured that you will always receive your order. If a product in your cart has gone out of stock or has been removed from our product catalog you may be eligible for store credit.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery:
Will be issued a store credit code for price of the product minus a $10.00 restocking fee.
*If the product is not in original packaging and is used an additional $8.00 will be deducted from the store credit code.
LIFETIME WARRANTY PERIOD
Shave Forever Plan members are eligible for a special Lifetime Warranty, subject to the conditions below. If you are an: (a) active Shave Forever Plan member who has (b) received a replenishment box within 90 days of submitting a warranty claim, we will honor up to two warranty claims in any 12-month period on the following products:-Kingston Shaver LK-1800™
Lifetime Warranty period applies to the following products purchased as part of the Kingston Shaver Shave Forever Plan. Products must be purchased and registered to your Shave Forever Plan account. Termination of the Shave Forever Plan will result in account removal from the Lifetime Warranty program, and revert back to a 30 Day Warranty Period, which will end exactly 30 days from the date of the purchase, or latest warranty claim of the covered products.
Warranty Claim Process.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the information and documentation listed above in the description of the LIMITED WARRANTY. If your claim information is confirmed as complete and timely, we will accept your warranty claim request.
There are no express warranties other than the LIMITED WARRANTY provided on this page. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL KINGSTON SHAVER INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No Kingston Shaver Inc. reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorized retailer.
